Retired Gardena City Manager Mitch Lansdell returned to Gardena Oct. 7 for the Gardena Police Pancake Breakfast and the Heritage Festival. He is flanked by Recreation and Human Services Director Kelly Fujio, left, and retired SCAMP volunteer, Sally Kuriyama. Lansdell is recovering from a hip injury, sustained in a fall.
