Euge Groove, an energetic saxophonist to send you to “Groove Land” is also on the lineup as well as the incomparable sounds of keyboardist, Brian Simpson as well as others artists will grace the stage.

The event attracts thousands of people from all over the southland and offers an afternoon full of world renowned jazz music for the entire family.

The City of Gardena Jazz Festival began in 2003 to bring the cultural genre of jazz to the City by providing a free event, hosted by sponsors and volunteers.  The event quickly became one of Southern California’s premier events, attracting over 5,000 jazz lovers the first year and blossoming into 10,000 by year four.

The event became so well attended that the City of Gardena had to begin limiting the number of attendees to make the event comfortable for all.  At a nominal cost of just $20 per person now, the City of Gardena has made the Jazz Festival a yearly destination for all residents and friends.
