The City of Gardena Recreation And Human Services Department will present its 29th annual Youth Chess Tournament from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 23 at the Nakaoka Community Center, 1670 W. 162nd St., Gardena.
Students from kindergarten to 12th grade are eligible to participate. Participants of all levels may compete. Beginners are welcomed.
