Darrion Naylor rushed for 103 yards and one touchdown on nine carries to key Serra High's football team to a 56-31 Mission League football victory over Loyola last Friday at Serra. Naylor scored on a 40-yard touchdown after a fourth down. The Cavaliers finished in a three-way tie for first place with Crespi and Bishop Amat in Mission play and begin the brutal CIF-Southern Section PAC Five playoffs at No. 3 seed Centennial High in Corona Friday at 7 p.m. The usually high scoring Huskies won the Big Eight championship.
