1200 block of West Redondo Beach Boulevard

• Two women, accompanied by two children, walked into a drug store, loaded up a purse with miscellaneous cosmetics and walked out of the store without attempting to pay for the items.

When confronted by a loss-prevention officer, one of the woman threatened to pull a gun from her car.

The suspects fled in a white Mitsubishi Lancer.

• Three men standing and talking near a restaurant parking lot were robbed by a man, who had his hand in his pocket to simulate a gun.

The suspect took currency, cell phones, keys and a tote bag.

8:30 to 9 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 10

15000 block of South Van Ness Avenue

• A man walking back to Gardena from the Hollywood Park racetrack, was robbed of his wristwatch and wallet by two suspects.

The victim was assaulted, suffering a punch to the face, which knocked him to the ground.

When the victim rose to his feet, he reached behind him as if pulling out a weapon. The suspects saw that and fled.

The victim sought medical attention from his wounds and injuries.

2900 block of El Segundo Boulevard

• A vehicle battery was reported stolen. A window was smashed in the burglary.

• Reported stolen was a CD faceplate. A window was smashed in the break-in.

8:10 to 8:35 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21

• A male suspect stole jewelry. Left at the scene was a small machete. A door separating the kitchen from the laundry room was kicked in.

13500 block of South Purche Avenue

• A home being fumigated was reported as burglarized. Property stolen included TVs, computers, jewelry, and a handgun. A hole was found cut in the fumigation tent, which allowed the suspect(s) access to the roof.

• Car batteries and boots reported stolen from a vehicle. It wasn’t known how the suspect entered the vehicle.
