Sheriff’s deputies were led on a dangerous high speed chase on the morning of Tuesday April 30, that would eventually lead them to the Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Gardena.

According to an ABC7 report, the suspect was traveling at approximately 90 mph on the 405 Freeway in the Torrance/Carson area.

“The suspect bailed out of the vehicle – while it was still moving – near Western Avenue and 190th Street in the Gardena area,” the report reads. “In aerial footage, you can see the suspect rolling on the ground then getting back up before walking toward a Sky Zone trampoline park business as the car crashes into a pole. That’s where deputies focused on their search.”

After the deputies lost the suspect, witnesses informed the authorities that he may have entered the Sky Zone Trampoline Park. He was eventually found hiding in the bushes outside of the building.

“In this case they were very effective. They ended up apprehending a very dangerous person, who was wanted at least we know preliminarily for robbery and possibly murder,” LA County Sheriff Robert Luna told ABC7.

Nobody was hurt, and the suspect is now in custardy.
