Gardena police have their sights on a mail theft suspect who has been raiding personal mailboxes from residences and apartment complexes alike, a police spokesperson said.
A video surveillance camera recorded footage of a man stealing mail at an apartment complex April 3, police said.
The man was described as a Hispanic adult, wearing a blue L.A. Dodger baseball cap and a black shirt. He is seen walking to mail boxes at a location, then uses an unknown tool to pry open the mailboxes, police said.

The suspect takes the mail from various slots, then flees in an unknown vehicle.
