Khalil Tate and Caleb Wilson are top candidates for Serra High football quarterback this season. Both played very well in the recent Summer Passing Leagues and Tournament. Highlighting the Cavaliers was a third place finish in the highly competitive Edison Tournament in Huntington Beach last month. According to sources, the two could share duties, at least in the early part of this season. Serra begins its season at home against Lakewood on Aug. 29.
