Bass player Greg Kadoguchi is part of the Nappy and Friends, Kahiloa band that performed along with the March band July 27. The concert took place on the Gardena City Hall Complex Grounds at 1700 W. 162nd St., Gardena. Admission was free. Next concert will feature the Fabulous Esquire band on Aug. 10. Summer concerts and ice cream socials are presented by the Gardena Beautiful Committee and the city of Gardena, and sponsored by Hisham’s Towing, Sam’s Auto Land and Waste Resources.
