The Faith United Methodist Church Saxophone Quartet perform at the annual Gardena Nisei Memorial VFW Post 1961 Memorial Day Service on May 26. The annual Post 1961 Memorial Day Service is a time the organization and family can honor all deceased post members. Featured speaker at the service was former Gardena Councilman, Ron Ikejeri. Senior Army Instructor, 1st Sgt. Thierry Williams, Gardena High School, AJROTC emceed the ceremony. The service took place at the Nisei Veterans Hall at the Gardena Valley Japanese Cultural Institute
